Web purchases made since October 1, 2026 are final, and you can edit your session as often as you like for 30 days after you buy it.
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies. To request one, use Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com or your order history in Google Play. For anything else, email us and we’ll sort it out.
